1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using IndoreCafe's website, services, or visiting our restaurant, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Restaurant Services
Dining Services
- All food items are prepared fresh and may take 15-30 minutes for preparation
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas
Online Ordering
- Orders must be placed at least 30 minutes before desired pickup time
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to modify menu items and prices without notice
- Payment must be completed at the time of ordering
3. Franchise Terms
Franchise opportunities are subject to separate franchise agreements. The following terms apply to franchise inquiries:
- Minimum investment requirement: ₹10 lakhs
- Franchise agreement term: 5 years with renewal options
- Training and support provided for first 3 months
- Royalty fee: 5% of gross sales
- Marketing fee: 2% of gross sales
4. Payment Terms
- We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Service charges may apply for delivery orders
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
5. Limitation of Liability
IndoreCafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
6. Modifications
IndoreCafe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
