• Delivery delays exceeding 60 minutes from estimated time
• Missing items from your order
• Allergic reactions due to undisclosed ingredients
• Technical errors in online ordering system

We will verify your complaint and may request:

• Order receipt or confirmation number
• Photos of the issue (if applicable)
• Description of the problem

Step 3: Resolution

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to original card (5-7 business days)
• Digital Wallets: Refunded to wallet account (1-3 business days)
• Cash Orders: Cash refund or store credit
• Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Orders cancelled after preparation has begun
• Change of mind after receiving the order
• Personal taste preferences
• Orders not picked up within 2 hours
• Customized orders made to specific requirements

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

• If only part of your order has issues

As an alternative to refunds, we may offer store credit:
